摘　　要：面对企业内外部环境的变化,传统的教育引导方式效果明显下降,迫切需要改进方式方法,提高教育效果,"自我教育法"正是有效有段之一。将自我教育法应用于企业思想政治工作,应在实践应用上突出"新",载体设计上突出"活",作用发挥上突出"实"。孤岛采油厂把握规律,创新手段,通过广泛选设"班组舆情疏导员",充分挖掘员工自我教育潜力,营造凝心聚力、和谐共进的积极氛围,促进了企业科学和谐发展。In the face of internal and external environmental change, the effect of traditional education mode is not obvious, so it is urgently need to improve methods to heighten effect of education. ＂Self education method ＂is one of effective sections. This method is applied to the ideological and political work in enterprises. In practice, this method highlights its novelty; In the design aspect of the carrier, this method highlights the flexibility; in terms of effect, this method highlights the pragmaticity. Gudao oil production plant grasps the law, innovates means and fully excavate employees＇ potential in self education through extensively select public opinion leaders from basic department in order to create a positive atmosphere and harmonious spirits, ultimately promote the enterprise have a scientific and harmonious development.
