摘　　要：通过小样试验,明确了多功能软片DR在多种面料不同工序中的主要应用性能。重点讨论了多功能软片DR对纺织面料白度、上染率、染深性、颜色鲜艳度和颜色准确性的影响。测试了多功能软片的稳定性、平滑性、起泡性、匀染性和柔软性,给出了该助剂应用的基本要求和注意事项。试验结果表明,该助剂具有出色的耐电解质、耐高温性能,同时具有良好的相容性和柔软性能,既可作为多种染料的匀染剂、浴中柔软剂使用,也可用于多种织物的前处理助剂。Through sample tests, the main application performances of multi-function film DR on a variety of fabrics in different processes are defined. The effects on whiteness of textile fabrics, dye-uptake, deep dyeing, color brightness and color accuracy are discussed in detailed. Then the basic requirements of the additive application and precautions are given. The stability, smoothness, foamability, levelness and flexibility of the multi- function film are studied. The results show that the additive has excellent resistance to the electrolyte, high temperature-resistant, good compatibility and softening property. It can be used as not only levelling agents for various dyes or softener but also pretreating agents for many kinds of fabrics.
