摘　　要：鱼类作为高蛋白物质,日益成为人们生活中不可或缺的产品,而市场上出售的养殖鱼品质却日益低下,令人堪忧。因此,如何提高养殖鱼品质成为水产养殖技术人员研究的重点。本文就影响养殖鱼品质的因素和现有的改善方法予以综述并提出自己的见解,以供参考。Fish as high protein substances, ls increasingly becoming ~xle lavvlalc~ -,~, v ble product that sells on the market is low, the quality of farmed fish is concerned. Therefore, how to improve the quality of farmed fish become aquaculture technical personnel will be the focus of research. This paper will influence the quality of farmed fish factors and existing improvement method shall be reviewed and put forward its own views for reference.
