摘　　要：本文运用DEA-Tobit两阶段模型,选取我国水产养殖业五个上市公司为样本,对其效率及影响因素进行分析。首先运用DEA模型对我国水产养殖业的效率进行评价,结果表明,我国海水养殖业公司的效率普遍高于淡水养殖业的公司;进一步运用Tobit模型对效率影响因素进行分析,结果表明,员工受教育程度与公司规模会引起技术效率的正向变动,资产负债率会引起效率的反向变动。另外,员工激励水平与公司技术水平对效率影响不显著。In this paper we select five listed companies in the aquaculture industry, and then analyze its efficiency and influencing factors based on the DEA Tobit two-stage model. First, we use DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of China＇s aquaculture industry, and results show that the efficiency of the Mariculture industry is generally higher than that of freshwater aquaculture. Furthermore, we use Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors, and results show that the level of employees＇ education and the company size bring about the positive changes in technical efficiency, and the asset-liability ratio causes reverse changes in efficiency. In addition, the employees＇ incentive level and the company＇s technical level are not significant to technical efficiency.
