摘　　要：目的:分析11例发生静脉炎护理不良事件的原因,制定相应的防范措施,为更全面有效地预防静脉留置针引起的静脉炎提供依据。方法:对上报的11例静脉炎患者护理不良事件资料进行调查分析。结果:静脉炎护理不良事件的发生与预见性护理不到位、床边交接班不到位、护患沟通不足、发生静脉炎处理不及时有关。结论:为进一点提升护理服务品质,确保患者安全,应不断强化护理人员安全意识,完善护理安全相关的管理制度与工作流程,加强核心制度的落实,提高护理人员的专业素质。Objective：To analyze the cause of nursing adverse events of 11 cases phlebitis and formulate the corresponding preventive measuzes,in order to provide the basis for preventing phlebitis cause by vein lien needle. Methods ： Investigated and analyzed nursing adverse events of 11 cases phlebitis. Results： The reasons of nursing adverse events of phlebitis were related to weak predictable nursing,poor shift- overlap,insufficient communication between nurses and patients and no timely processing. Conclusion：To improve the nursing service and ensure patients,safety,it must to strengthen the safety of the nursing staff, consummate management system and the working process related to nursing safety, strengthen the implementation of core system and im- prove nurses＇ professional quality.
