百级层流心脏外科手术间无菌灯柄更换时间的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨百级层流心脏外科手术间无菌灯柄的更换时间。方法:选择5个百级层流手术间的5个无菌灯柄,打开未使用前为0 h,按照手术进行过程中使用的高度、方向放置后使用至4 h做细菌培养,之后在同样的高度静置至6,8,10,12 h各40例采样做细菌培养。结果:0,4,6,8 h样本均无细菌生长,10 h和12 h阳性样本数分别为6例和9例。结论:百级层流心脏外科手术间无菌灯柄更换时间可以延长至8 h。Objective： To discuss the change time of sterile lamp handle in the cardiac surgery 100 laminar flow operating rooms. Methods： 5 sterile light handle 5 class 100 laminaT flow operation. Open before use is 0 h, accordln8 to the operation of the height and direction, placed up to 4 h after bacterial culture, in the same height static to 6 h, 8 h, 10 h, 12 h, 40 cases in each sampled for bacterial culture. Results： 0 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h samples showed no bacterial growth, 10 h and 12 h positive samples were 6 eases and 9 cases respectively. Conclusion： The time to change sterile lamp handle in the cardiac surgery 100 laminar flow operating rooms can be extended to 8 hours.
