摘　　要：目的观察优势半球头穴透刺配合语言障碍诊治仪治疗失语症的疗效。方法将确诊为失语症患者80例随机分为两组,对照组40例在常规西药治疗基础上予语言障碍诊治仪治疗,试验组40例在对照组治疗基础上加优势半球头穴透刺治疗。两组患者治疗前后分别予中国康复研究中心的《汉语标准失语症检查表》进行评定。结果两组治疗后听、复述、说、出声读、阅读、抄写、描写功能明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),试验组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论优势半球头穴透刺配合语言障碍诊治仪治疗失语症的疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of dominant hemisphere scalp point-to-point acupuncture plus Apparatus in treating aphasia. Method Eighty patients admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with aphasia were randomly allocated to two groups. The control group of 40 cases was treated with Apparatus in addition to routine Western drugs. The experiment group of 40 cases was treated with dominant hemisphere scalp point-to-point acupuncture in addition to what were given to the control group. An evaluation was made using the China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Result Hearing, reciting, talking, aloud speaking, reading, writing and describing abilities improved significantly in the two groups after treatment （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. They improved significantly more in the experiment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dominant hemisphere scalp point-to-point acupuncture plus Apparatus has a marked therapeutic effect on aphasia.
