放血加拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察放血加拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 192例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗组用改良的放血针具采用放血疗法加拔罐治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,比较两组治疗结果。结果治疗组痊愈率和显效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。在2个疗程内痊愈率比较,2=8.7557,P<0.05。结论结果表明治疗组能减少治疗次数,提高疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of bloodletting plus cupping in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method Totally 192 LIDH patients were randomized into two groups. The treatment group was intervened by bloodletting with modified bloodletting needle and cupping therapy; the control group was treated with acupuncture alone. The treatment results of the two groups were compared. Result The treatment group had significantly better recovery rate and markedly effective rate compared to the control group （P〈0.05）. The comparison of recovery rate in 2 treatment courses showed Z2=8.7557,P 〈0.05. Conclusion The result indicates that the treatment group requires less treatment sessions and can enhance therapeutic efficacy.
