摘　　要：医疗设备预算管理已经成为现代医院运营管理的重要措施之一,是设备管理的重要方面。本文旨在介绍我院通过实施企业资源计划系统(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)构建医疗设备购置的预算管理模式。重点讨论医疗设备购置预算管理的重要性、目前医疗设备购置预算管理中存在的问题、我院借助ERP系统构建的医疗设备购置预算管理模式,以及对未来工作的设想。Medical equipment budget management has become an increasingly important measure both in the operation of modem hospital management and the aspect of medical equipment management. This paper aims to introduce the method of constructing the budget management mode of medical equipment procurement through the implementation of enterprise resource planning system in our hospital, mainly includes the importance of budget management of medical equipment purchase, the problems in budget management of medical equipment purchase, medical equipment purchase budget management mode with the help of ERP system and ideas for future work.
