摘 要:目的探讨并比较全自动尿液有形成分定量分析和非离心镜检定量计数的关系。方法采用UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪、AVE-764尿液有形成分镜检分析仪和人工显微镜检查方法,分别测定尿液中的有形成分,分析尿液有形成分定量分析方法之间的差异。结果以红细胞超过25个/μL、白细胞超过30个/μL、管型超过1个/μL和上皮细胞超过15个/μL为阳性界值。UF-1000i全自动尿液有形成分分析仪测红细胞、白细胞、管型、上皮细胞的特异性和敏感性依次为95.2%、82.4%;92%、86.5%;89.3%、63%;48.1%、90.7%;AVE-764尿液有形成分镜检分析仪为75.4%、62.5%;90.2%,87.2%;人工显微镜检查为93.5%、80%;92.6%、79.1%。结论以标准显微镜检查法为准,UF-1000i和AVE-764两种仪器对尿液中有形成分的测定结果与显微镜法的测定结果间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Objective To evaluate and compare the quantitative methods of detecting urinary formed elements with automatic analyzer and non-centrifugal method. Methods Urinary formed elements are detected in specimens by UF-1000i urine formed elements analyzer, AVE-764 urinalysis microscopy analyzer and manual microscopy to analyse the difference. Results With the positive dividing value of 25 per/uL for RBC, 30 per/uL for WBC, 1 per/uL for cast and 15 per/uL for epithelial cell, the specificity and sensitivity of RBC, WBC, cast, epithelial cell is detected by three methods, the results are 95.2%, 82.4%; 92%, 86.5%; 89.3%, 63%; 48.1%, 90.7% by UF-1000i, 75.4%, 62.5%; 90.2%, 87.2% by AVE-764 and 93.5%, 80%; 92.6%,79.1% by manual microscopy.Conclusion Using the microscopic quantitation as standard to detect the urinary formed elements by UF-1000i, AVE-764 and manual microscopy. There is no significant difference between two devices and manual method (P〉0.05).
