摘　　要：目的开发数据库审计与防统方系统,对敏感数据进行实时监控,对违规操作进行追根溯源和智能控制。方法医院采用一套千兆的型号设备,通过交换机的镜像技术,对网络进行隐蔽监视,对用户访问业务系统的行为进行审计,对事后发现的安全事件进行会话恢复,进行网络通讯取证。结果通过两年多的应用,系统很好地实现了对敏感数据的访问监控,震慑效果明显,有效的防止了统方等不良事件的发生。结论数据库审计与防统方系统可以防止非正常统方行为的发生,又可以保护医院各种信息的数据安全。Objective To develop a set of database auditing and prescription statistics preventing system, which is used in real-time monitoring of sensitive data and tracing and intelligently control of illegal operation. Methods Our hospital used a set of Gigabit model equipment, with mirror technology, to monitor the network and audit the behavior of users accessing to service system, restore the conversation of the afterwards risk events, certificate by network surroundings. Results Through two years of application, this system could achieve a high standard data monitoring, and get evident effect, also could effectively prevent some adverse events. Conclusion This system could prevent occurrence of adverse events and protect a variety of hospital information data security.
