摘　　要：目的探讨通用型固定锁在各类手术床的临床应用效果。方法随机选择国内外不同品牌、不同规格的手术床,运用通用型固定锁摆放不同的手术体位。结果通用型固定锁均能达到满意效果。结论通用型固定锁适用于各类手术床。它不仅坚固、耐用,还可在固定各类手术床的同时锁定手术床边轨和插杆,按手术要求摆放不同的手术体位,为国内外各类手术床固定锁的优良替代品。Objective To explore the clinical effects of universal fixing lock of operating tables. Methods Randomly selected operating tables of different brands and specifications at home and abroad, and carded out different surgical operation postures by adjusting the universal fixing lock. Results The universal fixing lock performs well in various kinds of operating table. Conclusion The universal fixing lock is sturdy but durable, and can lock surgery bedside rail and support rod while fixing operating tables to get different surgical operation postures. It has great adaptability to all types of operating tables and therefore can be served as an excellent alternative to a wide variety of fixing locks.
