摘　　要：北京、河南的首例病例之所以能快速发现并及时救治，在于国家卫生计生委通报病例后，各地卫生系统迅速启动工作预案，从而加强了疫情戒备和监测防控。There have been altogether 60 cases of H7N9 diagnosed in Shanghai, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, Zhejiang Province, Henan Province and Beijing until April 15th. The early diagnosis and treatment of H7N9 patients in Henan Province and Beijing should be attributed to the in-time establishment of prevention and surveillance network in various places after the outbreak of H7N9.
