摘　　要：科学、全面地对上市公司的经营状况作出分析,对于了解公司的发展前景以便更好地做出投资决策具有十分重要的意义。本文从上市公司的偿债能力、盈利能力、运营效率和成长能力四个方面出发,构建综合评价体系,对石油业上市公司的经营绩效进行分析,并利用因子分析的方法实现对数据的降维分析以解决多变量带来的数据相关及信息重叠的问题。同时利用聚类分析的方法,将石油业共21家上市公司分为了六个类别,为投资者进行投资决策提供一定的参考。In order to make reasonable investment decisions by the understanding of the developmental prospect of listed companies, we need to make an all-sided analysis to the operating status of these companies. In this paper, we select multiple evaluation indexes, make a comprehensive evaluation system of listed companies in the oil industry by the considering of all aspects of the factors. Then use the method of factor analysis to realize the reduction of data dimension to solve the problem of variable correlation. At the same time, by making use of cluster analysis method, the 21 listed companies in oil industry is divided into six categories. A comprehensive analysis is given at the last of the paper, which can help the investors to make the investment decision more reasonable.
