摘　　要：5S管理作为现场管理的一种方法,在实际生活中已经达到改善现场,提高工作效率的效果。然而,随着精益生产的发展,精益思想的深入,可以把精益思想融入到5S管理的5个不同方面中去即精益5S管理。在原有管理范围的基础上扩大管理范围,使精益5S管理所达到的预期目标更高、更好和更全面。5S management, as the method of field management, has achieved the effect of improving the scene and improving the work efficiency in the real life. However, with the development of lean production and deepening of lean thinking, we can put the lean thinking into the five different aspects of 5S management, namely Lean 5S management. Expanding the management scope on the basis of the original management scope can make the lean 5S management achieve higher, better and more comprehensive desired target.
