摘　　要：作者分析了当前高校参与国防科研项目的现状,以及高校国防科研质量保障体系建设难点。建立质量体系可以更好地适应当前科研环境及体制的变化,满足各类科研用户的需求,提高科研项目完成质量,增强学校科研竞争力,从而为国民经济建设和国防建设做出更大的贡献。Analyzed the current status of participating in defense research projects for colleges and universities, as well as the difficulties of quality assurance system for universities defense research. The establishment of a quality system can better adapt to the current research environment and institutional changes, meet the needs of all kinds of scientific research of users, improve the quality of the completion of the research projects, enhance the competitiveness of school research, and then make a greater contribution to the national economy and national defense development.
