摘 要:近年来,我国已经进入老龄化社会,巨大的需求缺口,优惠政策的牵引,使得养老服务产业蓬勃发展,社会投资养老服务也的热情也持续高涨,各种养老机构不断出现,在解决养老问题的同时,对政府的管理也提出了严峻的挑战。在这种形势下,对养老机构进行分级不仅能够合理划分养老服务机构的档次,还能促进养老机构提供标准化,专业化的管理服务,进而促进养老服务业的健康有序发展。然而目前只有少数省市提出了养老机构等级划分的概念,大多数省市对服务质量参差不齐的养老机构的管理仍然没有有效的办法。本文将采用层次分析法等其他数学方法,改良现有评级方法,全面综合的对养老机构进行和合理评级。In recent years, China has entered the aging society, and the huge demand gap, the traction of preferential policies make the pension industry be flourishing, the enthusiasm for social investment pension services is also climbing, various pension institutions continues to emerge, and it puts forward a severe challenge for government's management while solving the pension problems. In this situation, to carry out grading to pension agency can allocate the level of the pension services reasonably, but also promote the pension agency to provide standardized and professional management services, thus contributing to the healthy and orderly development of the pension services. However, only a small number of provinces and cities put forward the concept of grading of pension institutions, most provinces are still no effective ways to the uneven quality of service pension agency management. Using the analytic hierarchy process and other mathematical methods, this paper made improvements of existing rating methodology, and carried out reasonable rating to pension institutions comprehensively,
