数字图书馆员提升专业服务的探究

摘　　要：随着数字化、信息化和网络化的深度发展,传统图书馆的管理模式和人才队伍的培养已经无法满足人们的需求。如何将提升自身的专业服务,需要我们图书馆员重新考虑作为一个信息专业人员的新角色,已经供其时间的新型的服务模式。因此,在数字图书馆员的教育问题,就显得非常的重要。许多国家都已开展对数字图书馆员的教育,尽管方法不同,但面临的问题类似。文章在分析数字环境下图书馆员提升专业素质的必要性的基础上,对如何提升自身的专业服务提出几点看法。With the depth development of digital, information and network, the training of traditional library management and personnel have been unable to meet the needs of people. How to enhance their own professional service, we need to reconsider the role of librarians as an information professionals, has for the time the new service model. Therefore, in the education problem of the digital library, it is very important. Many countries have carried out education of digital librarians, though different, but similar issues. Based on the analysis of the necessity of Library under the digital environment, enhance the professional quality of the, on how to enhance their own professional services offer a few view.
