摘  要:目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与卵母细胞成熟之间的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测60例PCOS患者和45例排卵正常不孕患者中的血清BDNF水平,分析血清BDNF水平与获卵数、成熟卵数、卵母细胞成熟率、卵裂率和优质胚胎率之间的相关性。结果①P—COS组血清BDNF水平高于对照组(P〈0.01);②PCOS组在获卵数和成熟卵数方面显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),而受精率、优质胚胎率和卵母细胞成熟率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);③BDNF水平与获卵数、成熟卵数和卵母细胞成熟率成呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论PCOS患者血清中BDNF水平升高,高水平BDNF能促进卵母细胞成熟和早期胚胎的发育。Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of brain -derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in serum of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and oocytes maturation. Methods The levels of BDNF in serum of 60 patients with PCOS (PCOS group) and 45 cases with normal ovulatory function (control group) were meas- ured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , and then the correlation of the levels of BDNF with the number of oocytes received, the number of mature oocytes collected, the mature rate of oocytes, the cleavage rate of oocytes and the high quality embryo rate were analyzed. Results ①The levels of BDNF in serum in PCOS group were significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈0.01 ) ;②The number of oocytes received and the number of mature oocytes col- lected in PCOS group were higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ), while the rate of fertilization, the high quality embryo rate and the mature rate of oocytes in PCOS group were lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;③The levels of BDNF had a positive correlation with the number of oocytes received, the number of mature oocytes and the mature rate of oocytes. Conclusion The levels of BDNF in serum in PCOS group are higher than that in control group, and high lev- els of BDNF can promote oocyte maturation and early embryo development.
