密斯特黄彩鲶卵巢发育的研究

摘　　要：采用组织切片法，对密斯特黄彩鲶的卵巢发育周期进行了观察。结果表明：根据卵巢外部形态，将整个卵巢发育过程分为Ⅵ期。依据不同时期卵母细胞发育特征，将卵母细胞的发育分为Ⅵ个时相。密斯特黄彩鲶属于分批非同步产卵类型的鱼类，卵巢具有卵巢腔。测得密斯特黄彩鲶体长16．81～19．24em个体的绝对繁殖力为2232～3846粒，相对体重繁殖力为25．0—40．6粒/g，繁殖力随体重和体长的增加而增加。同时，密斯特黄彩鲶的卵巢性腺指数有2个峰值，分别为（12．75±0．66）％和（10．14±0．47）％，分别出现6月和9月。Observation on the ovary development in a year of Mystus sp. was taken by using paraffinsection. Results showed that ovary development of Mystus sp. could be divided into 6 stages and the oocytes development could be divided 6 phases. And Mystus sp.was specie of spawning in batch, having ovarian cavity inside. Indi- vidual absolute fecundity of Mystus sp. was 2 232-3 846 eggs and individual relative fecundity of weight was 25.0-40.6 eggs/g. In a year, there were two peak values of gonadosomatie index of 12.75% ± 0.66% and 10.14% ± 0.47%,appeared in June and September.
