摘 要:振荡与短路是电力系统中的两种不同现象。继电保护装置需要快速、准确地区分电力系统振荡与短路,要在继电保护误动作之前,将可能由于振荡引起的误动作的保护可靠闭锁。本文针对目前电力系统运行中出现的振荡与故障情况,依据在变电站端对三相电流检测的结果,结合小波分析的优点,提出了一种新的识别电力系统振荡与故障的模型。仿真实验表明,本文所设计的模型克服了以往方法计算效率低下、判别不准确的缺陷,并且监测具有实时性、监测变量少等优点,获得了比较满意的结果。Power swing and short-circuit fault are two different phenomena in power system. Power swing and fault should be distinguished quickly and accurately by relay protection in power system. Before the relay protection malfunction, should be reliable latching the relay protection that due to power swing this relay protection may cause malfunction. In this paper, in the power system operation occurred power swing and failure, combined the advantages of wavelet analysis according to the results of the three-phase current detection in the substation side, a new model for identification of power system power swing and failure has been proposed. The simulation results show that the designed model can overcome the defects of the inefficiencies of calculation and discrimination not accurate than with conventional method. And has the advantages of monitoring real-time and monitoring variables less, the satisfactory results have achieved.
