摘　　要：针对PLC监控系统无法直接显示现场被控参数的缺点,提出了构建组态王电机转速监控系统的设想,主要内容包含监控系统的硬件设计、PLC程序的设计、MCGS监控界面的组态、系统的调试以及PID参数整定等内容。基于组态王的电机转速监控系统的应用,为计算机控制系统在各行各业的应用提供了参考,提高了企业的管理水平和自动控制水平。In this paper the idea of building the Kingview motor speed monitoring system is put forward, because the PLC monitoring system cannot directly display field parameter. Meanwhile the paper discusses the new system including： hardware design, the PLC program design, MCGS monitoring interface configuration, system debugging and tuning of PID parameters etc. The application of Motor speed control system based on Kingview provides reference for the application in all walks of life of the computer control system, improving enterprise management level and the level of automatic control.
