西部地区自我发展能力的测度与实证分析

摘　　要：基于自我发展主体视角,构建自我发展能力指数测度2006—2010年西部地区自我发展能力,进行静态分析与动态分析,并建立面板数据模型分析西部地区自我发展能力的影响因素。研究发现:西部十二个省(市、自治区)的自我发展能力呈现倒"U"型变动趋势,政府、企业、家庭以及区域整体协同性较差;工业化、城镇化、农业现代化会提高西部地区自我发展能力,但市场化水平的提高会在一定程度上抑制西部地区自我发展能力的增强;城镇化会抑制政府和家庭自我发展能力的提高,而市场化程度的提高会强化政府自我发展能力,但会抑制企业自我发展能力和区域学习创新能力;外商直接投资会强化企业自我发展能力和区域学习创新能力。最后提出相应的对策建议。Based on the perspective of self development main subject,we construct the self-development capability index to measure the self-development capability from 2006 to 2010 of 12 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in western,establish panel data model to analysis influence factors of western region self-development capability.The results obtained are as follows： self-development capability of 12 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in western presents pour ＂U＂ change trend,and the coordination of government,enterprises,family and overall region is poor;industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization can improve western region self-development capability,but the improvement of marketization level in a certain extent can inhibit the improvement of western region self-development capability;Urbanization will prevent the enhancement of government and family self-development capability,while the improvement of marketization can will improve government self-development capability,but restrain enterprise self-development capability and regional learning innovation ability that Foreign direct investment can strengthen.Finally we put forward countermeasures based on the analysis conclusion.
