“六有”管理法在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨"六有"管理法在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:将患儿随机分为实验组80例和对照组40例,对照组给予传统护理方法,实验组给予"六有"管理法。观察、比较两组实施前后护理管理质量、患儿住院天数和穿刺部位血肿发生情况及家属、医生和护士满意度情况。结果:实施"六有"管理法后护理管理质量明显优于实施前(P<0.01,P<0.05);实验组患儿住院天数和穿刺部位血肿发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患儿家属满意度、医生对护士满意度、护士自我满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗护理管理工作中应用"六有"管理法,可缩短患儿住院天数,减少穿刺部位血肿发生情况,提高护理质量和患儿家属满意度。Objective：To explore the application of the integration of six management methods in the interventional therapy of children patients with congenital heart disease.Methods：The children patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=80） and the control group（n=40）.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care;the six management methods were integrated together and applied in the experimental group.The quality of nursing management,hospitalization days,the occurrence of hematoma on the puncture site and the satisfaction of the families,doctors and nurses were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the implementation of the integration of six management methods.Results：The quality of nursing management was much better after the implementation of the six management methods than that before its implementation（P0.01,P0.05）;the hospitalization days and the occurrence of hematoma on the puncture site were significantly fewer and less in the experimental group than the control group（P0.01）;the degree of families＇ satisfaction,the doctor＇s satisfaction with nurses and the satisfaction of nurses themselves was significantly higher after the implementation of the six management methods than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integration of six management methods can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the occurrence of hematoma on the puncture site and improve the quality of nursing management and the families＇ satisfaction.
