摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理干预对2型糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将200例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组由责任护士根据医嘱进行治疗及常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后糖尿病健康教育知识调查表评分及服药依从性。结果:两组干预后糖尿病健康教育知识调查表评分及服药依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可提高2型糖尿病患者的健康教育知识水平及服药依从性,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the medication compliance of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods：200 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（100 cases in each group）.The patients in the control group were given treatment and routine nursing care by the primary nurse according to the doctor＇s orders;the high quality nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group based on the routine one.The scores of patients＇ grasp of health knowledge and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of patients＇ grasp of health knowledge and medication compliance between the two groups after the intervention（P0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality nursing intervention can improve the level of health knowledge and the medication compliance of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.
