不同类别冠心病患者创伤后成长状况中介因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查不同类别冠心病患者创伤后成长(PTG)状况的中介因素。方法:对192例冠心病患者进行问卷调查、收集临床资料并进行统计分析。结果:老年患者PTG优于中年患者(P<0.05),男性优于女性(P<0.01),企事业单位工作人员优于其他类别患者(P<0.01),学历高者优于学历低者(P<0.01),中等收入者优于高收入者和低收入者(P<0.01),婚姻状况良好者优于未婚或丧偶者(P<0.01),与子女同住者优于空巢家庭(P<0.01),病情轻者优于重者(P<0.05)。结论:不同类别冠心病患者PTG状况不同,社会支持、负性心理、认知情况等是其中介因素。Objective：To investigate the intermediary factors of posttraumatic growth（PTG） in the patients with coronary heart disease in different types.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 192 patients,and the collected clinical data were statistically processed and analyzed.Results：The PTG was better in the elderly patients than that in the middle-aged patients（P0.05）;the PTG was better in the male patients than that in the female patients（P0.01）;the PTG in the patients who were staff of enterprises and institutions was better than that in the other patients（P0.01）;the PTG was better in the patients with high degree of educational background than that in the patients with low degree（P0.01）;the PTG in the patients with medium income was better than that in the patients with higher and lower income（P0.01）;the PTG in the patients with good marital status was better than that in the patients who were unmarried or widowed（P0.01）;the PTG was better in the patients who lived with children than that in the patients in the empty nest（P0.01）;the PTG was better in the patients whose condition was mild than that in the patients whose condition was serious（P0.05）.Conclusion：The PTG is different in the patients with coronary heart disease in different types.Social support,negative psychology and degree of cognition are the intermediary factors.
