摘  要:目的:探讨"反问应答式"查对制度在老年门诊护理操作中的应用效果。方法:将2 000例离退休老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组各1 000例,将我科8名护理人员随机分为实验组和对照组各4名,实验组采用"反问应答式"查对制度,对照组实施常规"三查七对"制度,比较两组差错率及患者满意度。结果:实验组出现差错倾向13例、发生率1.3%,实验组出现差错倾向38例、发生率3.8%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组患者满意度为98%,对照组患者满意度为94%。结论:"反问应答式"查对制度可有效防止在老年干部门诊护理操作中差错事故的发生,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of check system of "rhetorical response type" in the nursing procedure of geriat- ric outpatient. Methods :2000 elderly patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (1 000 cases in each group). 8 nurses in the department were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups ( 4 nurses in each group ). The check system of "rhetorical response type" was adopted in the experimental group and routine check system of "three inspections and sev- en verifications" was used in the control group,the error rate and the degree of patient's satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The occasion of errors occurred in 13 patients and error rate was 1.3% in the experimental group,it occurred in 38 cases and 3.8% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). The degree of patient~ satisfaction was 98% in the experimental group and 94% in the control group. Conclusion :The check system of "rhetorical response type" can effectively prevent the occurrence of errors and increase the degree of patient's satisfaction in geriatric outpatient.
