摘  要:目的:探讨PBL式孕期健康教育在降低初产妇非医学需要剖宫产率中的作用。方法:将2011年9月~2012年3月在我院进行产检的100名初产妇作为实验组,参加PBL式孕妇学校健康教育;将2010年9月~2011年3月参加我院孕妇学校课程并在我院分娩的100名初产妇作为对照组。比较两组产妇围产期知识掌握情况、对分娩过程满意度以及非医学需要剖宫产率。结果:实验组产妇围产期知识掌握水平和对分娩过程的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组剖宫产率和非医学需要剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL式健康教育可提高初产妇围产期知识掌握水平和对分娩过程的满意度,有效降低总剖宫产率和非医学需要剖宫产率。Objective:To discuss the effect of PBL type health education during pregnancy on reducing non - medical - need caesarean section rate in primiparas. Methods : 100 nulliparous women who had prenatal examination from September 2011 to March 2012 in our hos- pital were taken as the experimental group. The primiparas in this group received PBL type health education in the school for pregnant women. Other 100 primiparas who attended the lecture in our school for pregnant women and had childbirth in our hospital from September 2010 to March 2011 were taken as the control group. The grasp of maternal perinatal knowledge of primiparas j satisfaction with delivery process and non - medical - need cesarean section rate was compared between the two groups. Results : The grasp of maternal perinatal knowledge of primiparas and their satisfaction with delivery process was better in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the cesarean section rate and non - medical - need cesarean section rate was lower in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : PBL type health education can improve the level of maternal perinatal knowledge of primiparas and their satisfac- tion with delivery process, and it can effectively reduce the total rate of cesarean section and non - medical - need cesarean section rate.
