摘  要:目的:探讨视频互动宣教及访视对肺癌患者术前焦虑、医学应对方式的影响。方法:将60例肺癌手术患者随机分为干预组27例和对照组33例,干预组实施视频互动宣教及访视方案,对照组实施常规术前单纯语言交流健康教育方法及访视方案。比较两组患者血压、心率、焦虑值及医学应对方式。结果:干预后,干预组血压、心率、焦虑、回避、屈服应对方式分值均低于对照组(P<0.05),面对应对方式值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:视频互动宣教及访视明显降低肺癌患者术前焦虑水平,有助于患者采用面对应对方式,避免回避和屈服,提高其积极应对水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of video interactive education and interview on postoperative anxiety of lung cancer pa- tients and medical coping modes. Methods :60 lung cancer patients who would have operation were randomly divided into the intervention group ( n = 27 ) and the control group ( n = 33 ). The video interactive education and interview program were applied in the intervention group and the patients in the control group received routine preoperative health education of simple language exchange and interview. Blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety value and medical coping modes were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, blood pressure, heart rate and the value of medical coping modes like anxiety, avoidance and compliance were lower in the intervention group than the control group after the intervention ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the value of confrontation was higher in the intervention group than the control group [ P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The preoperative video interactive education and interview significantly reduce the anxiety level of lung cancer pa- tients, which helps patients enhance the active coping level.
