摘 要:以西气东输二线广州~南宁支干线北江盾构工程中遇到的泥质砂岩及黏土层为例,研究并解决了压滤机技术在泥水盾构施工中如何提高盾构掘进工效并处理泥质砂岩及黏土地层中掘进所产生的大量高浓度泥浆的难题,切实达到了"零排放""、零污染"的环保要求。压滤机技术在泥质砂岩及黏土地层中的成功应用,对于类似工程施工都有一定的借鉴意义。The article has taken the sandstone and clay layer as an example, which are met by people during the Beijiang Shield construction which is apart of Guangzhou-Nanning branch of West-East Gas Pipeline II ,and the article has also done some researches and solved the difficult problems which are about the application of pressure filter machine in the shield construction on how to improve the work efficiently and how to deal with the high density slurry produced by argillaceous sandstone and clay, and the result is in correspond with the environmental requirement of "zerodischarge"and "zero pollution". The successful application of pressure filter machine in argillaceous sandstone and clay has a certain reference for the similarprojccts.
