社区高血压患者行为及服药依从性的社区护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对高血压病患者行为、服药依从性的影响。方法：对150例社区高血压病患者进行社区护理系统干预6个月。结果：干预后患者行为改善、服药依从性比干预前明显增高（51％～88％），血压由干预前的（162．3±8．9）／（107．1±9．3）mmHg降低到干预后的（131．3±8．5），（81．5±7．7）himHg（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：社区护理干预能够提高高血压患者的知识水平，改善其不良生活行为及服药依从性。Objective： To observe the effects on behavior or medication adherence of community nursing intervention for hypertension patients.Method： 150 hypertension patients from community health center were given community nursing interventions for 6 months.Result： After the intervention the behaviors been changed, the rate of medication adherence （ 51% to 88% ） and blood presser （ 162.3 ± 8.9 ） / （ 107.1 ± 9.3 ）mm Hg to （ 131.3 ± 8.5 ） / （ 81.5 ± 7.7 ） mm Hg of hypertension patients were significantly higher and lower respectively than that of before （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can change the poor behaviors, enhance the rate of medication adherence of community hypertension patients.
