经PICC采集血常规标本检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经PICC采集血常规对检测结果的影响。方法对40例血液病患者采取自身对照试验,从PICC中连续抽取4个1mL静脉血依顺序分别作为观察1、2、3、4组,在外周静脉穿刺采血1mL作为对照组,用血细胞流式分析仪测定血常规指标。结果对照组血常规中血红蛋白、血小板与观察1组指标比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),与其他组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);对照组血常规与观察1组血红蛋白、红细胞指标无显著相关性,与其他观察组各项指标呈显著性相关(均P<0.01);观察1组各项检测指标变异系数均超出CLIA′88标准,其他组均满足CLIA′88标准。结论 PICC采集血常规标本,弃去1mL后对检测结果无显著影响。Objective To explore the influence of PICC blood draws on laboratory work results. Methods A total of 40 patients with hemotologic diseases were enrolled into a self-control study： 4 tubes of venous blood （1 mL for each tube） were taken from the PICC lines and assigned into experimental groups of 1 to 4; another 1 mL venous blood was harvested from peripheral veins and taken as the control group. An automatic blood cell analyzer was used for lab work. Results The differences in hemoglobin counts, and platelet counts from blood routine results were significant between the control group and the experimental group 1 （P^0.01 for both）, while not significant between the control group and any other experimental groups（P^0.05 for all）. Hemoglobin counts, and platelet counts in the control group were not correlated with those in the experimental group 1 （P^0.05 for both）, while sig- nifiacnt correlation were found between the control group and any other experimental groups （P^0.01 for all）. The coefficients of variance of all tested parameters in the experimental group 1 went far beyond the minimum standard mandated by Clinical Laborato- ry Improvement Amendments of 1988（CLIA＇88）, while those in the other groups met CLIA＇88 standards. Conclusion Accurate lab results of blood draws from PICC lines can be obtained by discarding the first 1 mL venous blood from PICC.
