摘 要:目的探讨基于工作过程的教学应用于高职护理专业外科护理课程中的效果。方法将2009级高职护理专业两个班随机分为实验班(60人)和对照班(60人)。实验班采用基于工作过程的外科护理项目化教学,对照班采用传统模式教学。结果两班理论、操作考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);95.00%护生对基于工作过程的项目化教学模式持肯定态度。结论在外科护理课程中采用基于工作过程的项目化教学,能激发学生的学习兴趣,有利于学生理论联系实践,提高护生的综合素质,缩小教学和临床的距离。Objective To investigate the effect of a work process-oriented project teaching practice applied to the course of surgical nursing in higher vocational education. Methods Totally, 120 students enrolled in 2009 and working on a vocational nursing program were divided into a control class and an experimental class, with 60 students in each class. The control class were sub- jected to traditional teaching methods for the course of surgical nursing, while the experimental class to work process-oriented project teaching. At completion of the course, all students were surveyed so as to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Statistics significances were found in theoretical knowledge and skill examination results between the two classes(P~ 0.01 for both). Totally, 95.00 ~ of the experimental class students favored work process-oriented project teaching practice. Conclusion Appli- cation of work process-oriented project teaching practice in the course of surgical nursing could stimulate nursing students' in- terest, help them link up theory with practice, improve their comprehensive quality, and narrow the gap between teaching and clinical practice.
