摘  要:分析了天然气锅炉的烟气成分、换热机理。用热力学理论和燃烧理论对天然气烟气的饱和含湿量、露点温度、水蒸气的冷凝率和天然气的热利用率进行了理论分析和计算,并给出了关系图。结合算例,对燃气锅炉在不同排烟温度和过量空气系数下的烟气余热回收节能潜力进行了理论计算,可供实际工程参考。The composition of the flue gas of the nature gas fired boilers and the heat transfer mechanism were analyzed. According to the combustion theory and thermodynamics theory, analysis was made on the humidity, dew - point, vapor condensation ratio, and the total heat - using ratio of natural gas. The calculating methods and equations for these parameters were derived and the corresponding calculating results were given in patterns of figures. Energy saving potential of waste heat recovery for gas - fired boiler in different flue gas temperature and excess air coefficient were calculated with calculation example, which can be used as the base for actual engineering design.
