摘　　要：发展海洋增殖业,是辽宁省渔业实现可持续发展的必然选择。本文分析辽宁海洋增殖业发展的现状和主要问题,提出助推辽宁海洋增殖业发展的对策,即政府加大对发展海洋增殖业的投入和引导、加强对海洋增殖业的渔政管理、依靠科技创新的推动、加强发展海洋增殖业的理论和实践研究、推行政府+渔协(或渔民)+社会出资的产业化发展模式。Maricuhure value added industry is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of Liaoning fisheries. This paper analysed the present situation and the existing problems of Liaoning maricul- ture industry. It put forward the development path for promoting Liaoning mariculture industry, namely, in- creasing government financial investment and guidance, strengthening marine fisheries management, relying on science and technology innovation, strengthening research on theory and practice, and pursueing the de- velopment mode of government ＋ fishing association （or fishermen） ＋ industrialization of social capital.
