骨科通用手术器械的设计研制与在脊柱外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的设计研制一套骨科通用手术器械,解决在无法获得专用配套手术器械时的手术难题,并为脊柱内固定螺钉滑丝、断裂等情况下的取出提供适用的手术工具。方法收集、整理目前骨科常用器械的配套工具规格,采用极限法对本套通用拆装器械规格进行设定并制造。结果此套通用拆装器械箱内包含各类螺丝刀、钻头、环钻、螺钉打滑取出器、骨凿、钢丝剪等工具。结论本课题组设计、制造的骨科通用手术器械,可作为骨科手术备用工具,在无法获得配套器械时为术者提供帮助,同时配备的环钻、螺钉打滑取出器等也为应对断钉、螺丝滑丝等意外情况提供了手术工具。Objective Develop a set of general instruments for orthopedic surgery to assemble or disassemble the orthopedic internal fixation system when unable to obtain the special supporting surgical instrument,and to provide surgical instruments for removing broken or sliding internal fixation screws.Methods Collect the data of common orthopedic supporting surgical instrument,design and manufacture the general instruments for orthopedic surgery that including all specifications.Results The general instruments for orthopedic surgery contain various types of screwdrivers,drills,trephines,screw slippage extractors,osteotomes,wire cutters,etc.Conclusion The general instruments for orthopedic surgery can be used as alternate orthopedic surgical instruments that can be used in operation when unable to obtain the special supporting surgical instrument.The trephines and screw slippage extractors can be used to deal with surgical accidents such as screw broken or sliding.
