摘　　要：以天津市高校数字图书馆联盟为评价对象,以数字图书馆的数字资源、服务方式、服务技术、服务效果为评价内容,遵循特征性、目的性、定量与定性相结合的原则,运用德尔菲方法制定出数字信息服务质量评价的指标体系。Taking Tianjin Colleges Digital Libraries Union as an evaluation objective, the digital resources, service method, service techniques, and service effect as the evaluation contents, this paper, obeying the rules of characteristic, purpose, and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analyzing, studies the quality evaluation index system for information service with the Delphi method.
