p38MAPK特异性抑制剂对小鼠胚泡植入的影响

摘　　要：目的观察p38MAPK特异性抑制剂SB220025对小鼠胚泡植入的影响。方法取E4 d小鼠,由子宫角注射不同浓度的SB220025,于E8 d检查胚胎植入数,观察蜕膜的组织学变化。结果①实验组小鼠胚胎植入数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。②镜下可见,实验组胚胎组织呈退化坏死状态,胚胎周围蜕膜细胞呈明显的空泡样变性,并且蜕膜及胚胎中均见大量血细胞浸润。结论p38MAPK特异性抑制剂SB220025可抑制小鼠胚泡植入并抑制植入后胚胎和蜕膜细胞的发育。Objective To observe the biological effect of p38 MAPK inhibitors on blastocyst implantation. Methods Intra-uterus injection of different concentrated SB220025 was performed on the 4th day of mouse pregnancy. The number of implantation was calculated and the histological changes were observed on 8th day of pregnancy. Results 1. The average of embryo-implantation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the con- trol group （ P 〈0.01 ）. 2. The microscopic observation demonstrated that the embryo degenerated and even necrosed in some parts. In the decidual cells, there existedobvious adipose degeneration and many blood cells invaded the embryos and the deciduas. Conclusion p38MAPK inhibitors can inhibit the blastocyst implantation and the development of embryos and decidual cells in vivo.
