摘 要:分析了SiCp/6061铝基复合材料电阻点焊接头中的主要缺陷及产生原因。结果表明:复合材料电阻点焊接头中的主要缺陷有氢气孔、热裂纹、焊接喷溅等;氢气孔的产生原因主要是焊前清理不彻底、焊接时间长(0.3s);接头中热裂纹产生的主要原因是焊接电流过大(16kA)造成熔核在不均匀的温度场中结晶,引起焊接应力增加,同时熔池中SiC颗粒使得熔核结晶时黏度增加;焊接飞溅产生的主要原因是由于焊接电流过大(16kA)造成点焊时熔核区局部过热。The main welding defects in the SiCp,/6061AI composile resistance spot welding (RSW) joint and the generating causes were investigated. The results show the main welding defects in lhe composite RSW joint were hydrogen pore, hot crack and welding spatter. That the composites were not cleaned thoroughly and the long welding time(0.3 s) led to the forming of hydrogen pore. The hot cracks forming reason was the excessive welding current (16 kA) which led to the nonuniform temperature field when Ihe nugget crystallized, and the increase of the welding stress. The SiC particles in the welding pool made the increase of the viscosity during lhe nugget crystallization. The local overheating of nugget zone resulted in the excessive current ( 16 kA) was the reason /or welding spatter.
