摘 要:目的:研究慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(chronic abacterial prostatitis,CAP)大鼠前列腺组织中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的表达,探讨前列腺神经内分泌细胞因子对CAP的作用及其机制。方法:将40只2月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、CAP模型组,每组20只。观察大鼠前列腺病理形态学改变,用免疫组化法和ELISA法检测NSE在大鼠前列腺中的表达情况。结果:①CAP模型组的病理形态学呈明显炎症表现;②CAP模型组NSE表达强度显著高于正常对照组。结论:NSE可能参与CAP发病过程,神经内分泌细胞功能的改变可能在慢性前列腺炎发生、发展过程中起重要作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of NSE in the prostatic tissue of rat models of Chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP), and to explore the machanisms of CAP. Method:Forty, two-month-old, SD rats were randomly allocated into two groups of equal number: the normal control group (20 rats)and the rat model for CAP group (20 rats). The changes of prostate gland inflammation was investigated by HE stain. The expression of NSE in rat prostatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry(sp)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result:OThe CAP model group's histopathology express the obvious inflammation performance ② The NSE in the rat model for CAP group were higher than the control group ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion.. NSE may be involved in the pathogenesis of CAP, and neuroendocrine cells may play an important role in the development of the CAP.
