摘 要:运用化学浸泡法、动电位法和恒电位法3种不同的测试方法,研究了氮含量对ER2209MAG焊丝熔敷金属临界点蚀温度(CPT)的影响。试验结果表明:随着氮含量的增加,熔敷金属腐蚀速率减小,材料耐蚀性增强。由化学法研究的结果可知:ER2209熔敷金属中氮含量应控制在0.14%-0.18%为宜。电化学法测得氮含量为0.10%,0.13%和0.18%的熔敷金属在3.5%NaCl溶液中的CPT分别为37%,45℃和53℃左右。According to three kinds of test methods of chemical immersion,potentio dynamic and potentiostatic,the influence of nitrogen content on the critical pitting temperature(CPT) of deposited metal welded by ER2209 MAG wire was investigated.The test results showed that the corrosion speed decreases and the corrosion resistance enhances with the increasing of nitrogen content.The nitrogen content in the deposited metal should be controlled in 0.14%~0.18%based on the research result of chemical immersion method.The deposited metal with 0.10%,0.13%and 0.18%nitrogen content was tested respectively by electrochemistry method.The results showed that the CPT of the deposited metal in 3.5%NaCl solution approximately are 37 ℃,45 ℃ and 53 ℃,respectively.
