摘　　要：目的探讨移植神经长度对膈神经移位肌皮神经治疗臂丛神经根性撕脱伤疗效的影响。方法对2007年至2010年于我院行膈神经移位肌皮神经治疗臂丛损伤的患者进行临床随访，其中17例需要做神经移植。通过检测肱二头肌肌力与体重指数（BMI）评定手术疗效。结果17例患者的总体有效率82．4％，移植神经长度以及BMI与屈肘功能恢复无明显相关性。结论臂丛损伤患者尤其是全臂丛损伤患者中，膈神经移位肌皮神经的临床疗效不受移植神经长度以及BMI的影响。Objective To analyze the effect of nerve graft length and body mass index （BMI） on the clinical outcomes of phrenic to musculocutaneous nerve transfer by means of a follow-up study of 17 brachial plexus injury patients who underwent phrenic nerve transfer via a nerve graft to restore elbow flexion. Methods A retrograde study was carried out in 17 patients who underwent phrenic nerve to musculocutaneous nerve transfer via a nerve graft from 2007 to 2010. The length of the grafts, the patients＇ BMI and the effectiveness of the transfer by way of elbow flexion recovery were noted. Results The effectiveness of elbow flexion recovery in the 17 patient was 82.4%. There was no obvious correlation of the length of the nerve graft and BMI to the effectiveness of functional recovery. Conclusion In brachial plexus injury, especially complete brachial plexus injury patients the length of nerve graft and BMI do not affect the functional results of phrenic to musculocutaneous nerve transfer.
