摘 要:目的:探讨局部内毒素刺激对大鼠牙髓形成修复性牙本质的影响。方法:以内毒素注射于大鼠牙周组织,内毒素试剂盒检测血液中及逆行进入牙髓组织中的内毒素浓度,HE染色观察修复性牙本质形成情况。结果:血液中实验组与对照组间内毒素的含量差别有统计学意义,P<0.001。牙髓中实验组与阴性对照组,以及与空白对照组间内毒素的含量差别有统计学意义,P<0.001。HE染色可见注射位点附近修复性牙本质形成明显,髓腔变窄,牙本质小管排列紊乱。结论:内毒素在一定条件下能刺激大鼠牙髓组织,使其发生保护性反应,从而促进其矿化作用,加速修复性牙本质形成。Objective:Tu investigate the Effect of lipopolysaccharide on the production of reparative dentin in rat dental pulp tissue. Method: Rat periudontium was injected by Escherichia culi (Ee) lipopolysaccharide,and the concentra- lion of I,PS in blood and rat dental pulp tissue was detected by ehromogenie end-point tachypleus amebocyte lysate (CE TAI,) .The production of reparative dentin was observed by HE staining. Result:The concentration of LPS of the experimen- tal group was significantly higher than the concentration of control group in blood,P 〈0.0001:The coneentration of LPS of the experimental group was significantly higher than both negative control group and blank control group in dental pulp tis- sue, P 〈0.0001.HE staining showed that reparative dentin was produced nearby the injection site, where the dentinal tubule arrangment turned out to be rather disordered. Conclusion:The results indicate that LPS can stimulate dental pulp tissue to bring abut, t reactions of immune defense and promote the production of reparative dentin in certain situation.
