摘 要:以六水氯化镁、氨水以及巯基乙胺等为原料,通过气体扩散反应,采用自组装单分子膜诱导法制备三维(3D)球状多级结构的Mg(OH)2。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、比表面(BET)等测试手段对产物的结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,获得的Mg(OH)2具有微球状结构,其平均直径约为7grn,由大量弯曲的纳米薄片相互交织而成,且具有2-5nm单峰孔尺寸分布;SAMs诱导获得的球状Mg(OH)2的形成机制是形核一长大一自组装过程。通过精确控制Mg(OH)2的热分解过程,可得到球状、三峰多级结构的MgO。Mg(OH)2 with 3D spherical and multi-level structure was synthesized by a self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) method, which was controlled through a gas diffusion reaction process using magnesium chloride, ammonium hydroxide and cysteamine as raw materials. The structures and morphologies of the products were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and specific surface measurement (BET). The results show that the prepared Mg(OH)2 has a micro-spherical structure with an average diameter of 7 grn. The Mg(OH)2 spheres consist of a large amount of interconnected nanosheets and show a unimodal pore-size distribution located in the range of 2-5 nm. The formation mechanism of spherical Mg(OH)2 induced by SAMs is nucleation--growth--self-assembly process. Moreover, MgO with spherical and multi-level structure with three peaks can also be obtained through precisely controlling fixrther thermal decomposition of Mg(OH)2 microspheres.
