摘  要:在西瓜残体腐解产物和根系分泌物中检测到香豆酸、肉桂酸、阿巍酸、香草酸4种酚酸物质。研究表明:酚酸物质对西瓜种子萌发和幼苗根系生长的某些生理活性有显著影响。酚酸物质对种子萌发起抑制作用,并随着浓度的增加而加强;在酚酸浓度为800 mg/L时,肉桂酸对种子发芽率的抑制作用最为明显,香草酸的抑制作用最小,其发芽率分别比对照降低了52.6%和37.9%;肉桂酸对西瓜的胚根长和胚轴长的抑制作用最为明显,香草酸的抑制作用最小。西瓜幼苗根系脱氢酶和SOD酶活性随酚酸浓度增加逐渐降低,POD、PPO酶活性随着酚酸浓度的增加逐渐提高。The experimental results showed that 4 phenolic acids(coumaric acid, cinnamic acid,fer- ulic acid and vanillic acid) from the decay product and root exudates of watermelon had significant effects on watermelon seed germination and seedling roots' physiological activities. The phenolic acids had an inhibiting effect on the seed germination and the effect became greater as the concentration in- creased. When the concentration of phenolic acids reached 800 mg/L,the effect of cinnamic acid was the greatest while that of vanillic acid was the least,in which the seed germination rates decreased by 52.6% and 37.9% respectively in comparison with the control^Cinnamic acid had the greatest inhibi- ting effect on the radicle and plumular axis lengths of watermelon while vanillic acid had the least. In the roots of watermelon seedlings,the activities of dehydrogenase and SOD gradually reduced but the activities of POD and PPO increased as the concentration of phenolic acids increased.
