摘  要:目的探讨儿童斑秃与血清中钙、锌、铁、铜、镁、铅和镉7种微量元素的关系。方法采用原子吸收法检测192例斑秃患儿及200例正常健康体检儿童的血钙、锌、铁、铜、镁、铅和镉7种微量元素的含量,并进行比较。结果斑秃患儿血清中铁和锌水平均显著低于正常儿童(P均<0.05),但血铅水平显著高于正常儿童(P<0.01),铜、镁、钙和镉水平与正常儿童比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论儿童斑秃发病可能与血清中锌和铁水平降低及血铅水平增高有关。Objective To explore the relevance of children alopecia areata and 7 blood trace elements, i. e. , Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mg, Pb, and Cd. Methods Atomic absorption method was adopted to measure and compare the blood Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mg, Pb, and Cd content in 192 children with Alopecia Areata and 200 normal health examination children. Results The children with Alopecia Areata had level than normal children in blood Fe and Zn levels ( all P 〈 0.05 ), significantly higher than normal children in blood Pb level ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the difference from normal children in Cu, Mg, Ca, and Cd levels( all P 〉 0.05 ) has no statis- tical significance. Conclusion Children Alopecia Areata is probably relevant to decrease of Zn and Fe levels in blood and increase of blood Pb.
