痰热清注射液联合中药外洗治疗老年HIV/AIDS并发带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合中药外洗治疗老年HIV/AIDS并发带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的72例患者随机分为两组,各36例。治疗组:痰热清注射液20mL静滴,1次/d,同时予中药外洗,对照组单用阿昔洛韦5～10mg/(kg·d),每隔8h静滴1次,同时局部外涂阿昔洛韦软膏。疗程均为21天。结果治疗组治愈21例,好转10例,未愈5例,疱疹愈合时间(15.03±4.61)天;对照组分别为18例、5例、13例和(20.94±5.10)天。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。但是两组患者的带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液加中药外洗可缩短老年HIV/AIDS并发带状疱疹的痊愈时间,并提高治愈率。Objective To analyze the effect of Tanreqing combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on herpes zoster in the elderly patients with human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome（HIV/AIDS）. Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with HIV/AIDS were randomly divided into two groups. The 36 patients of observation group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tanreqing, whereas the control group with 36 patients were treated with acyclovir only, 3 course of treatment （21 days） were observed . Results In treatment group,21 cases were cured and 10 cases were improved,the effective rate was 86.1%. In control group, 18 cases were cured and 5 cases were improved, the effective rate was 63.9%. There was significantly difference in effective rate between two groups. The healing time of skin lesions caused by herpes zoster in observation group （15.03 ±4.61 days） was significantly shorter than that in control group （20.94 ± 5.10 days）. There was no significantly difference of incidence of postherpetic neuralgia between two groups. Conclusion Tanreqing combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine could shorten healing time of skin lesions caused by herpes zoster in the elderly with HIV/AIDS, and it could also increase cure rate.
