秦皇岛市吸毒人群艾滋病知识、行为及相关感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解秦皇岛市吸毒人群的艾滋病知识、行为及HIV、梅毒、HCV感染状况,为制定针对这一人群的综合性干预措施提供科学依据。方法对秦皇岛市307例吸毒人员进行艾滋病知识、行为进行问卷调查,并监测其HIV、梅毒、HCV感染状况。结果秦皇岛市吸毒人群以使用海洛因为主,占46.91%,其中发生共用针具者占24.06%;24.43%的吸毒者有商业性行为,最近一次安全套使用率为28.00%。艾滋病防治知识知晓率为84.36%,艾滋病知晓程度对商业性行为发生有显著性影响(P<0.05)。HIV感染率为0.98%,梅毒阳性率为6.19%,HCV阳性率为53.75%。其中HIV/HCV合并感染1例(0.33%);梅毒/HCV合并感染11例(3.58%)。在美沙酮门诊和强戒所吸毒人群之间高危行为情况以及他们接受干预服务情况的差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论秦皇岛市吸毒人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率较高,一些吸毒者不同程度地感染了HIV、梅毒或HCV,应加强吸毒人群监测,完善强戒机构与美沙酮门诊职能。Objective To understand AIDS-related knowledge, behaviors and infection situation of HIV, HCV and syphilis among drug users in Qinhuangdao so as to provide the scientific data for drawing up HIV prevention measure. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 307 drug users,and the infected state of their HIV, HCV and syphilis were monitored. Results Drug users, who took in heroin, accounted for 46.91% , among of them 24.06% users shared needle; 24.43% of them had Commercial sexual behaviors, the rate of condom use was 28.00% for the last time. The results of investigation indicated that HIV knowledge rate was 84.36%, which affected the occurrence of commercial sexual behaviors markedly（P 〈 0.05 ）. The rates of HIV, HCV and syphilis were 0.98% ,53.75% and 6.19% respectively, and the concurrent infection of HIV/HCV and syphilis/HCV were 0.33% and 3.58% respectively. The test indicated that it was statistical significance beteen methadone clinics and the rehab centre （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Among drug users, the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was higher in Qinhuangdao city and some infected HIV, HCV or syphilis to varying degrees. Qinhuangdao should strengthen the survey of drug users and improve and oerfect the functions of methadone clinics and the rehab centre.
