摘　　要：患者女,58岁。左上肢毛细血管扩张1年。家族中无类似疾病患者。皮肤科情况:左上肢外侧毛细血管扩张,皮损呈带状分布。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅层可见毛细血管扩张。诊断:单侧痣样毛细血管扩张。A 58-years-old female had presented with telangiectases in the left upper limb for one year,No similar patient was found in her family.Physical examination revealed telangiectases in her left arm lateral,zonal distribution.Histological examination showed that epidermis was nomal,dilated capillaries in the superficial dermis.It was diagnosed as unilated as unilateral nevoid telangiectasia.
