摘　　要：目的观察肤舒止痒膏联合丁香罗勒油乳膏治疗疥疮瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法将入选的46例疥疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组用肤舒止痒膏外涂,按摩5～10min后冲洗干净,再予丁香罗勒油乳膏外涂,对照组用清水洗浴全身后再予丁香罗勒油乳膏外涂。每日对瘙痒进行VAS评分。结果治疗组治疗第1～9d时VAS评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗第10～12d时两组患者的VAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论肤舒止痒膏联合丁香罗勒油乳膏治疗疥疮瘙痒症效果明显,值得临床选用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Fushu anti-itch ointment with Ocimum oil cream on the pruritus of patients with scabies. Methods Forty-six selected patients with scabies were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients from the treatment group were applied externally with Fushu anti-itch ointment. After 5 - 10 minutes massaging, it was washed off. Subsequently, they were applied with Ocimum oil cream. The patients from the control group were applied externally with Oeimum oil cream after taking a bath in clean water. All the patients were asked to record the intensity of pruritus on a visual analogue scale every day. Results Scores from the treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group from day 1 to day 9 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. On the day 10 to day12, there were no differents between the 2 groups on VAS（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Fushu anti-itch ointment with Ocimum oil cream on the pruritus of patients with scabies is effective and worthy of selection.
